Keep getting charged monthly - unsure how to cancel
My son has an Adobe account - best I can tell it is connected to the <Removed by Moderator>. Several months ago, he subscribed to a particular service and thought he canceled it. Yet my credit card continues to get charge ~$38 per month and I cannot figure out how to turn this off. He says he doesn't see the subscription on his account - not sure if he has another account or what. I need to talk to someone but cannot figure out phone or chat options.
