Keep getting charged monthly - unsure how to cancel

My son has an Adobe account - best I can tell it is connected to the <Removed by Moderator>.  Several months ago, he subscribed to a particular service and thought he canceled it.  Yet my credit card continues to get charge ~$38 per month and I cannot figure out how to turn this off.  He says he doesn't see the subscription on his account - not sure if he has another account or what.  I need to talk to someone but cannot figure out phone or chat options.

    Your son can use the steps listed at https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html to self-cancel any active subscriptions. There is also a chat button in the bottom-right corner of the page if they need any help.

     

    You can self-cancel on tablet or smartphone, if you also find yourself blocked from canceling, ​@jasonrmunn73.
