Keep getting kicked out of my Adobe account

This week when I log into my computer I have been told that I can't use my Adobe account as the maximum number of devices are already using it. I only use it on one device and I am the only user. Today when I have been trying to work in Adobe I have had my apps shut down twice as I assume someone else is logging into my account. How do I stop this happening? I have followed all the suggestions from someone at Abobe on instagram (changed password, linked email account, activated account verification) but it is still happening. I need to be able to work. How do I contact someone at Adobe who will help me solve this and secure my account for me?
