Keeps offering a free 7 trial When I already pay a monthly subscription

I pay a monthly subscription and everyting has been working fine my subscription is paid up to date. Now when my wife tries to use Acrobat DC on her site (same computer) it wants her to use a 7 day free trial. I pay a monthil subscription and she has filled out many forms on her site until today. I checked my account and I`m signed in. It does not offer to let you sign in on her site just a free trial.

    1 - account sharing is not allowed by the license, you may be "in use" on one computer at a time
