Keine Kündigung möglich - keine Kontakt

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe mehrere Tage hintereinander versucht über meinen Account mein Abo zu kündigen. Das funktioniert nicht da es ein Zahlungsproblem gibt (Geld ging allerdings vom Konto ab...). Ich stecke fest, an wen kann ich mich wenden?

you'll probably need to use the phone or twitter, if you have no current subscription.

 

so, you can try chat linked above, but don't waste a lot of time and get discouraged.  if you're unable to enter "agent" in the chat input field, proceed to phone or twitter.

There's no chat icon and I checked Pop-Up-blocker etc. 
If I click the contact button in the menu and nothing happens. 
All the links that say something like "get personal support" get me back to the page where it is explained... 

I will try to call next week.

But thanks for the help!

you can try another browser, but as i previously mentioned, if you have no current subscription, you may not be able to use chat.
