key for PSE

I downloaded the trial version of PSE 2020, then purchased a key.  However, that was during the transition from PSE 2020 to PSE 2021 and resulted in PSE 2021 being downloaded (not PSE 2020).  In trying to install PSE 2021 I was informed that PSE required Windows 10.  I had Windows 7 at that time, requested and received a refund for PSE 2021.

Wind the clock forward to present day, I now have Windows 10 and recently installed PSE 2021 successfully (I had previously saved the PSE 2021 .exe file).  I am in my 30 day trial perion with PSE 2021.  I like it at thought I might give the original key a go.  But the key was not accepted, understanably so becasue I previously received a refund for   PSE 2021 is showing on my Adobe dashboard, but of corse the key is not valid.  I tried the "Purchase" button to purchase PSE 2021, but it reverts the transaction to PSE 2025, which I don't want.

So my question, I have PSE 2021 installed in my Windows 10 computer.  PSE 2021 is functioning properly in the Trial Period.  I'm ready to purchase the program.  Can I purchase PSE 2021?  if so, how??

Thank you for your help!

kglad,

I see your point!  However, I already have the product installed, in use and simply trying to pay for it.  I started with PSE 6 a long time ago and updated a few times since.  I've tried other photo editors but always come back to PSE, PSE is like a pair of comfortable shoes to me.  PSE is my goto photo editor, I have always thought it was a great product.  But it is not the only photo editor on the block.  Because of Adobe's new 'subscription' scheme and no-selling legacy version approach, I'll be saying 'Good-bye'.  Have a good day!!
