The cancellation fees is as per the terms and subscription you agreed to when you signed up for the plan. For the future I would advice you to really pay attention to terms and subscription before you buy something. Anyhow, now that we are in this situation, the only viable option left is to contact support and let them know your issue, they will provide you the best possible resolution available.
