Hey ich wollte mein Abomkündigen und dann wurde mir eine günstigere Version angeboten, die wollte ich annehen aber das System sagt mir ständig die Verlängerung bzw. das günstigere Abo geht nicht.

Hatte das jemand schon einmal?
