Kündigung des Jahresabonnements für Adobe Illustrator

Sehr geehrtes Adobe-Team,

 

Ich hoffe, diese Nachricht erreicht Sie gut. Ich schreibe Ihnen, um mein Jahresabonnement für Adobe Illustrator zu kündigen. Leider habe ich das Abonnement versehentlich abgeschlossen und kenne mich mit der Nutzung des Programms nicht aus.

 

Ich habe das Programm nicht so genutzt, wie ursprünglich beabsichtigt, und möchte hiermit um eine Stornierung meiner Zahlung bitten.

 

Bitte lassen Sie mich wissen, welche Schritte ich unternehmen muss, um diesen Prozess abzuschließen. Ich wäre Ihnen für eine schnelle Bearbeitung dankbar.

I checked your account details and found there are pending dues on your account. The cancellation can not be processed until the payment is made.
