    Hi @satisfied_nature3f50

Thank you for reaching out to the community. We understand that you intended to cancel your free trial and did not expect it to convert to a paid subscription.

After checking your account, we can see that your free trial converted to a paid subscription 3 days ago. As the subscription was activated recently, you are currently within the 14-day cancellation and refund window, subject to the terms applicable to your plan.

There is currently an outstanding payment on the subscription, which is affecting the cancellation process. Once this is resolved, you can proceed with the cancellation.

You can review the details here:

Cancellation details for common Adobe plans

We hope this provides some clarity. Please feel free to let us know if you have any further questions, and we’ll be glad to help.

no one can cancel for you.  and you must fix your payment ( https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html ) before you can cancel.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", you probably have a payment error that you need to repair before cancellation is allowed, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

You incorrectly posted this in the Adobe Stock forum. This belongs in Account, Payment & Plan.
