Ich habe erst nach ein paar Monaten bemerkt dass Adobe mir den vollen Preis abbucht obwohl ich eine Edu-Lizenz für Lehrer habe. Offensichtlich wurde ich aus dem Programm geworfen. Habe die Berechtigung jetzt durch erneutes Hochladen eine Dokumentes erlangt, kann aber das Abo nicht auf den ermäßigten Preis zurück stellen.
Wie mache ich das? Bitte um eine kurze Anleitung!
Bekomme ich das zu viel bezahlte Geld für die letzen Monate erstattet?
