Letter about creating Adobe ID from unknown sender

Hello everyone! Please tell me. I received this letter even though I did not create any new Adobe ID. Could this be a scam and can I ignore this email?

    It is from an email address that is not Adobe.

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
