I have a program called Adobe Illustrator that I bought many years ago.

Suddenly, I found out that the trial version has expired. Then, when I try to register the license by entering my Adobe ID, I get an email saying:

"Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

Adobe (message@adobe.com)
The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly.'

It's been like this for three days.

What's the solution?

you can't register kegacy adobe apps. activation is more important and is necessary.

is your app activated, and if not, what version is it?

if cs6 trial expired you need to activate it:

adobe has provided for offline activation to users with this (and many other) problems:

disconnect the computer from the internet

Launch the product.

At the Serial Number Validation screen, click Having Trouble Connecting To The Internet.

Click Offline Activation and click Generate a Response Code.

Write down the Request Code.

Switch to an online computer and navigate to www.adobe.com/go/getactivated.

Click Offline Activation.

Sign in with your Adobe ID.

Enter your Request code and click Generate.

Write down the Response code.

Switch back to the offline computer.

Enter the Response Code and click Activate.

I don't know what you have or when you purchased, but the program is now only available by subscription

What do you see for your account at https://account.adobe.com/
