License renewal issue

I have renewed my Illustrator cloud license but it still showing the license is expired. Wrote to customer care and they mentioned there is no active subsciption. How can I proceed further?

    If it doesn't work, then you need to contact support.
    Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.

    Click on the chat icon on the bottom right, and type AGENT to avoid bots and talk to a human.

    P.S.:- You mentioned that you wrote to customer care? Do you mean email? There is no email support and secondly don't you have the payment details and the account id on which you made the purchase. Contact support with all the supporting information ready, they will help you.

    How did you renew it? For most people, renewal isn't even a thing. Renewal is automatic. What steps did you follow? (Do not share personal info, especially if you get a private message, it may be a criminal).
