License reset needed after motherboard replacement (Old hardware failed and is inaccessible)

Hi everyone,

I need help resetting my license activation. A year ago, I purchased an Adobe Acrobat license, activated it on my PC, and it had been working perfectly until yesterday.

My motherboard suddenly failed, forcing me to replace it. Because of this hardware change, I had to format my drive and reinstall Windows. Both Windows and Microsoft Office reactivated without any issues, but I am unable to validate my Adobe Acrobat license.

When I try to use it, the system doesn't allow me to validate the activation. I have already tried to remotely deactivate the license from my old device via my Adobe account dashboard, but the system is not allowing me to do so (likely because the old hardware profile is now inaccessible).

Could someone please guide me on how to get this license reset or unlinked from the broken motherboard?
