Licensing issue

Hi,

 

I have a licensing issue.  Someone in the organization added an adobe license via the firm credit card.  i cant figure out who, and I want to cancel that license or roll it into my firm license.  any ideas?

I recommend reviewing the licenses and associated users in the Adobe Admin Console. This might help you identify the additional license. As a contract owner, you can access the billing history from the Admin Console, if you've purchased your Teams membership directly from https://adobe.ly/4euYjEG. If your Teams subscription from https://adobe.ly/4euYjEG renews automatically, you can adjust licenses and products 30 days before the renewal. Thanks Anshul.  I understand the console and all of those licenses are good.  I have one individual license coming through on the firm card, that I need to cancel/ or move to my license count.
