Life long user begging for professional courtesy - Missed Trial cancelation

I hadn't personally had access to my computer or my account due to an unexpected medical emergency in my family and missed the Audition trial cancellation by 3 days and I may very well need the cost of the monthly subscription for Audition for gas to and from hospital.

I know it's ridiculous and i'm embarassed to ask but is there anyway I can recieve a 3-4 day grace here and remove my audition license and get the money charged back to my account?

Life long user and fan and i'll return and subscribe as soon as financially possible if you guys can help me out here.

Please contact Adobe support and let them know your situation, they would help you with this. To contact support follow the instructions given below
1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.
