Lightroom Abo umwandeln

Hallo, da leider der Support-Chat gar keine Hilfe war, versuche ich es mal hierüber.

Ich habe aktuell ein Foto-Abo (20GB). Wegen einer großen Reise möchte ich meinen Cloud-Speicher erhöhen für zwei Monate (auf Foto-Abo 1TB).
1. Kann man ein Abo anpassen für nur 2 Monate?

Falls das nicht geht: Mein Foto-Abo 20GB läuft noch bis April.

2. Kann man ein Abo umwandeln, sodass man nicht doppelt zahlt? (Alternative wäre aktuelles Abo kündigen (und weiterzahlen) und ein neues Abo abschließen (und dafür auch zahlen).

Da dir bisher niemand eine sinnvolle Antwort geschrieben hat:

1. Nein, ein Abo kann man nicht für nur zwei Monate anpassen, zumindest ist mir nichts diesbezüglich bekannt.

2. Statt ein Abo umzuwandeln, kannst du dir monatlich "1 TB Speicherplatz für Creative Cloud-Dateien" dazu mieten.

Vermutlich bist du schon länger von deiner Reise zurück, doch vielleicht hilft diese Information ja jemand anderem.

1. No, you can't adjust a subscription for just two months, at least I don't know anything about it.

Correct- Any extra storage to a "Lightroom" subscription Plan requires a (new) 12month commitment to the changed Plan.

2. Instead of converting a subscription, you can rent "1 TB of Creative Cloud File Storage" per month.

TBMK Creative Cloud File Storage is not the same as Lightroom Plan File Storage. The two are totally separate functions. So 'renting' extra Creative Cloud File Storage will not give any more storage for camera images imported to the Lightroom Apps.

For clarity I might suggest you give more details of the method to rent storage on a monthly basis.

Danke für deine Antwort. Vielleicht hast du eine bessere Lösung für lina_9171, bzw. für alle die mal kurzfristig mehr Speicher benötigen?

Wie kommst du darauf, dass das so nicht möglich ist wie ich es beschrieben habe? Ich bin mir ehrlich gesagt nicht sicher wer von uns hier richtig liegt. In meinem Adobe Account habe ich neben dem "Foto-Abo (20 GB)" auch den "1 TB Speicherplatz für Creative Cloud-Dateien" abonniert, weil meine 20GB nicht mehr ausgereicht haben. Im "1 TB Speicherplatz für Creative Cloud-Dateien" sind aktuell 51,1 GB von 1 TB für Lightroom Daten verwendet, somit scheint es zu funktionieren.
