Question

Lightroom and photoshop photographer plan payment failure.

I have used the Lightroom + Photoshop 20GB Cloud Photographer Plan for years.

I recently received an email from Adobe stating that they are going to raise the plan price to $29.10 NZD per month.

However, I haven't changed my payment method and the card is still valid, but the payment failed. I added another payment method and checked multiple times, but it didn't solve the problem.

The alternative is a more expensive plan with 1TB of cloud storage, which I don't need.

Yes, I can pay for the more expensive plan, but I don't want to pay more than double for the same service, especially when I already received an email from Adobe with the fixed price written in it.

Yes, I did, but still not working.

1. I have NOT changed my payment method, and this card is valid until the end of 2026.

2. This card is valid and there are no problems paying other bills (including today).

3. Adding another valid card, editing the existing card, and re-entering the details do not work.

Payment update screenshots are attached below.

When I change or update the payment method (which is currently valid), the website says it is updating, but then I still get a billing issue.

check with your credit card issuer to see if they're blocking paymernt to adobe.
