Lightroom Classic says I don't have a subscription but I do

Yesterday I was using Lightroom Classic happily - v13 - on my Windows computer (11. version 23H2). Today it has told me that I don't have a subscription.
When I check my CCloud account it says I do, and when I try to re-buy it says I already have a subscription so can't buy one. Any ideas?
I have a subscription to all of the apps through my work account, this is a personal account, tied by email to the business one, but I've bought the £9.99 lightroom subscription separately.
Help!
