Lightroom mobile annual subscription not working

I am subscribed to Lightroom mobile premium on an an annual subscription. For the last few weeks it has been an absolute nightmare trying to use this app. It says my subscription is expired and I keep retrying to change the subscription to monthly from yearly, then back to yearly, I have uninstalled the app where I lost all my history and reinstalled it only to realise the same problem persists. I have tried to sign in using my Apple ID instead of google or Facebook, I have rebooted my phone, the app - still the same issue. I cannot use a single tool let alone just premium features. This seems to be a technical issue because it was working perfectly fine until about 2-3 weeks ago. Please help resolve this issue!

Please contact Adobe Support directly for help with this issue by visiting  https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
...and in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT to reach a person quickly.

Please explain that Apple still considers this subscription valid, though your Lightroom subscription is expired.  I hope they can reactivate your subscription.  Otherwise, their advice may be to get Apple Support's help to cancel the subscription, so that you can subscribe again.

  • I simply upgraded to premium using the Lightroom mobile app on my iPhone. I am logged into my adobe account which I have used from the start. The app has randomly locked me out and asks me to keep upgrading every time I click on any tool. If I proceed to upgrade, an error pops up saying I'm already currently subscribed and the next renewal is 8 Dec 2026.

My subscription hasn't expired. It was renewed on 08 December - and it's an annual premium subscription on Lightroom mobile app. Why can't I use any of the features on this app? It's simply locked me out and nothing seems to be helping.
