I paid my Lightroom Mobile subscription, it worked few days, and now it’s not. In my apple account I see current subscription, but in app subscription period expired.

    Thank you for posting, @khusnulik.

I understand how frustrating it can be when Lightroom Mobile no longer recognizes your plan.

I checked your account, and it appears that the previous Lightroom Mobile (40GB) subscription purchased through Apple was canceled on June 16 due to a billing issue. At this time, I do not see an active Lightroom subscription associated with the account used to create this post.

Before taking any further action, please verify that you are signed in to Lightroom Mobile with the same Adobe account that is signed in on your Apple device and was used when the subscription was originally purchased. A different Adobe ID could cause Lightroom to show that no active subscription is available.

You may also want to review the subscription status directly through Apple to confirm whether the subscription is active, expired, or was canceled because of a billing problem:

    View or cancel subscriptions: https://support.apple.com/en-us/118428
If a payment method is declined or there is a billing issue: https://support.apple.com/en-us/108095

If the account is correct, the previous subscription is no longer active, so a new Lightroom subscription must be purchased through Apple or directly from Adobe to restore premium features.

Please update this public discussion thread if you have any additional questions, @khusnulik.

sign out of your mobile app and then sign back in using the same id you used to confirm your subscription.
