Lightroom mobile says I need pro Version but I've bought it already

Hi there, I'm using also Lightroom mobile and today it blocked me out and told me that I have to buy the pro Version, but I have bought it already weeks ago... can someone help me and give me a hint?

Log in to your Adobe account and click this link https://account.adobe.com
-do you see the subscription that you expect?

Here's your Hint... if you bought from Apple or Google Play you need to contact that store

Yes I see my account and that the subscription is until next year September, but it says that's a trial version but I bought it from Amazon and put all the needed numbers an keys in correctly

if your adobe account shows a trial. you're subscription is under a different id or you need to contact the vendor.

did you purchase via adobe.com or a mobile app store?
