Lightroom Premium subscription not working

I renewed my Premium Lightroom subscription from my Apple Account. Initially, I selected the subscription with the lower price at PhP 519.00, but it did not work. I thought maybe the prices have gone up already so I managed my subscription and upgraded to the PhP 699.00 package. Upon confirming the purchase, the amounts were both deducted from my account, but when I checked Lightroom, it still says “Renew Subscription.” I already checked my Adobe Account as well, there were no listings of any of the purchases I made. I also looked at my e-mail for the invoice of these purchases, but I did not see any, but the amounts were already deducted from my account. Please help me. Thank you!
