Lightroom subscription not working

I have purchased lighroom mobile premium two days ago for Rs. 999 and it was working fine till this evening suddenly it shows I don't have a premium. I logged out and signed in and it shows the same and I tried restarting the phone and clicked on restore purchases too but it isn't working. It still shows in the adobe website though but I can't access premium features

For the same email address you used to post for help here, I see a valid Lightroom Mobile Premium subscription is active with man megabytes of data uploaded.  Can you confirm this is working for you now? 

 

Your subscription should work on any Android or iOS mobile device, and also https://lightroom.adobe.com in any web browser.  Only the Lightroom desktop and Classic apps are not available for your subscription.

if you purchased from an apo store, contact the app store.

 

if you purchased from adobe.com:

if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

 

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

 

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

 

if that fails, change the install location
