Lizenzkauf nicht mehr möglich

Question

Hallo, ich habe ein Monatsabo. Zu einen wird mir mein Guthaben nicht mehr angezeigt, zum anderen kann ich keine Bilder mehr kaufen, bekomme immer die Meldung „offenbar haben Sie schon ein Abo“ 😉 stimmt. Weiter komme ich aber nicht, ich kann also keine Bilder mehr kaufen?! Hat jemand einen Tipp, was zu tun ist? Vielen Dank vorab!

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id and to verify that your credit card is valid, https://account.adobe.com

then check that your credit card it not maxed-out if you expect to be charged for additional stock photos.

click contact us (= cryptic icon in the lower right)

in the chat field, type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
