[locked, duplicate post] Hidden fees are disgusting
About a month ago I registered for a monthly lightroom plan. I am new to adobe and not familiar with the various plans/fees. Regardless, everything I read during the checkout process including the confirmation email i received led me to believe I could cancel at any time. They kept going on and on about how I could cancel whenever I want and how easy it is to cancel without any reason to believe there would ever be a fee. Boy was I suprised when I tried to cancel this afternoon and am now facing a $26 charge.
I checked the confirmation email I got when I registered (nothing mentioned a cancellation fee). I then checked the "more info" link that was embedded into the email and noticed something VERY STRANGE:
Take a look, 2 screenshots of the exact same page:

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is the exact same website but the section about the "cancellation fee" at the top of the page is hidden unless you are logged into your adobe account.
Everything I was provided during checkout, in the confirmation email and in the additional info link provided to me led me to believe I could cancel without penalty. I never noticed the "cancelation fee" policy because I wasn't logged into my adobe account at the time I read the page.
As a new user to adobe I am disgusted. Hiding your cancellation fee like this is unacceptable.
