(LOCKED Duplicate post) Problems with the pre-paid annual plan
Hello,
I have purchased a pre-paid annual plan of Adobe. The process was successful at first & the money was withdrawn from the bank for the completion of the payment procession.
After few days, the bank called and said that the payment was not processed & that the money was put on-hold.
Can you please fix this problem? Or contact me?
