[Locked, wrong forum] Purchasing Adobe Experience Manager

My company uses Live Cycle. We are updating our computers to Windows 10 and need an upgrade to Experience Manager. I cannot get any help with buying this. Anyone have any advice on buying this? Adobe phone numbers just keep bouncing me around with a person never answering. I have filled out the form more than 5 times now. Advice please!
