Log in problem - Creative Cloud

Hi,

 

I have bought a new computer, and I'm trying to log in to my account in Creative Cloud so I can use InDesign. But I receive this message immediately after I have filled in username and password: "You've been signed out - Please sign in again to continue using Adobe apps" (see screenshot attached).

 

Does anyone have a clue what's the problem? I am logged in to my account in the browser, so it's not wrong password. I have also deactivated all the previous devices.

I reinstalled the desktop app, and now it's working 🙂
