Log In Problem with Adobe Account

I have 2 adobe accounts. One is private, the other one is from my school. With the school one I'm supposed to have photoshop and other programmes for free. I was able to download it, but for some reason I'm ALWAYS logged into my private account when I open ps. Doesnt matter what I do, even if I log out and turn automatic log in off, I'm still logged into my private account and with my private one I cant use ps.

What can I do?

Hi @Luca5C96,

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click your Avatar (top right image) > Preferences > General tab > Settings.  Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar again.
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your personal ID and password.

Failing that, contact your school's IT dept for assistance.  Ideally, you should probably set-up two computer user profiles -- one for work/school and one for personal use only.

Hope that helps.

@susanmark32,

Did you follow the 9 steps in my previous reply?

Have you reached out to your school's IT dept for assistance?
