log in problems
Hello!
I'm having a problem getting into my account that I've been using for over a year. As I have to switch between my personal and business account, I suddenly had an error connecting to my existing plan. One day another profile picture appears, without the purchased plan and projects. The payment goes through, but I can't get access to my account that I'm paying for. when I log in through adobe.com, I get to my account and see my plan, but when I log in through creative cloud, I am automatically thrown to a profile where there is no plan and I still cannot access it. Please if anyone can help, I'm here to listen.
