log in problems

Hello! 

 

I'm having a problem getting into my account that I've been using for over a year. 
As I have to switch between my personal and business account, 
I suddenly had an error connecting to my existing plan. One day another profile picture appears, 
without the purchased plan and projects. The payment goes through, but I can't get access to 
my account that I'm paying for. when I log in through adobe.com, I get to my account and see 
my plan, but when I log in through creative cloud, I am automatically thrown to a profile where 
there is no plan and I still cannot access it. Please if anyone can help, I'm here to listen.

Hey @Sintija28836260th58. Welcome to the Photoshop community. Upon reviewing your profile, two profiles are associated with the email you've used to log in to the community.

 

You mentioned switching email accounts between work & personal. The Personal profile has an active subscription, while the other is not set up completely. Hence, it may ask you to buy again. Check this to learn more: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/manage-adobe-profiles.html

 

Instead of using keychain log in, manually type in the details & sign in to the Creative Cloud app. Let me know how it goes.

 

PS: The situation changes if you have another separate email for work.

I just remove my account from business account so I get in again in my
personal account and plan. There is some missing item’s as well
unfortunately, but things has move on.
