Logging into a new work account

My new job requires me to log in using their company info to the creative cloud. I cant seem to do this because I have PS & Lightroom installed on my computer and it doesnt show where I can type the new log in info. I don't want to log out of what I use on my personal computer because I don't remember the password and info because I have had it for so long. Is there a way to access my works plan without logging out of the adobe programs I use personally on the same computer? Please help!
