Login Issue with Adobe AI Software

I received the following error message: "Sorry, your login attempt does not match the output IP of the profile assigned to this computer. Please contact your IT administrator."

This issue has prevented me from accessing the software and proceeding with my work, and I am uncertain of the steps needed to resolve this discrepancy. It appears there may be a mismatch between my current IP address and the one expected by the software's security measures.

Could you please provide guidance on how to address this problem? Whether it requires updating my computer's profile information, adjusting the software's settings, or some other action, I am eager to follow your expert advice to rectify this issue promptly.

This can be related to the country you are purchasing from or your IT admin has blocked the usage of Firefly
