Login issues...still

It's been over four months now, and I'm still unable to log in with my real account: https://community.adobe.com/t5/get-started/login-issues/m-p/10830237?page=1#M448047

Is there anybody out there who can help me? I would really like to be able to use my previous user name and access my previous posts rather than starting over again with a new account.
