Login with wrong email

Hello

 

I mistakenly loged in with wrong email. When i launch from app it wants me to set up and purchase a new account. It then gives option logout which i do. I then relaunch and see the approporate login screen for a few seconds and then get redirected back to the set up a new acount sceen.Any help is much appreciated

What you MAY need to do

1 - Log out of your wrong account

2 - remove everything https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html to remove programs

3 - Log in to your correct account and do a fresh install

-Cloud Manager to install all programs https://www.adobe.com/ie/creativecloud/desktop-app.html

Try restarting the computer.
