Lost account and payment refund request!
Dear Team
I created 2 accounts for adobe connect since 6ths of june 2020 and since then I received my login details and the order nunmber and activation however I didn't use the accounts because they are not accissable! and when I am trying to cancel my subscription your team highlighted that there is no accounts using those user names even when I sent the order number there is no results shown and I been charged for 2 packages for 2 months now and my third month is within days.
unfortionatly I managed to cancel one of the accounts using the order number (Which your team failed to find it through your system!) but the other one I couldn't find the order number which they failed also to find it whether through the user name or through the credit card payment!
I am really surprised about the level of service provided by Adobe such a huge company... I never faced this kind of issues while dealing with a country based startup company.
I will appreciate your support for the below at the earliest possible
Account number 1:REMOVED
This account I already canceled the subscription however I need a full refund for the previous 2 months.
Account number 2:REMOVED
This account I need to cancel the subscription before the renewal which is within 2 days and I need a full refund for previous 2 months.
NOTE: your help desk wasn't supportive at all even during purchasing the subscription and even they don't have a reply when my account will be active!!!
