Lost files after switching account type

Recently my business Photoshop account was expiring so I personally bought Photoshop with the same email. After the switch from compmay to personal, I lost all of my Photoshop cloud files, even though it's using the same email and I can see all of my files on my PC but I cannot open them. Does Adobe keep any back ups that could download or transfer? I don't know how to contact someone who could help me.
