Question

Lost my old school email, cannot log in to my account

I purchased a subscription using my old school email, and my school email was deleted because I graduated a few months ago. I can no longer login to that account but I am still paying for the subscription. I need to have access to the account so I can either cancel the subscription or change the email so that I can have access to it. I am trying to find a way to contact the adobe team but the website keeps sending me to forums and FAQ sections. Please help. Thanks.

If you have configured either a spare e-mail address or a cell phone number, or you have enabled the two-factor authentication, you can still sign in. If not, you need to contact Adobe support. If, by clicking @Peru Bob's link, you do not see the chat window, I suggest you use a different device, like a tablet or your phone, or you use a different browser.

if the subscription is managed by your school, you'll need to contact the plan administrator at your school.

if it's managed by you, use one of the 3 contact methods suggested by @Peru Bob

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Account, Payment, & Plan forum.

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

You may also be able to contact Adobe by phone:
