Lost my subscription and lost all cloud files
Hello!
I'm in a super sticky situation! I just graduated college and started a job where I do a lot of UI design, and I have been using adobe XD for this one really large critical project. I don't get the adobe suite through work so I had been using my school account-- which I thought would be active for as long as my email was (for another year).
So without warning, I try getting on today to find that all of my cloud files are totally gone. Because it is a school account, I can't just re-activate the plan, nor do I have access to see any of my files in my browser. It doesn't allow me to contact adobe support with that account, and I have to pay for a seperate plan on my personal account to call adobe that way.
I really need a hand with this, I really don't want to tell my boss that months of work is missing...
