Lost Stock plan invoices

This is driving me crazy, maybe I'll find more than that chatbot going circles from here...

I have a persoanl ID offerd to me by my employer, a university, and it is linked to our company account. I can use several apps via Adobe Cloud. For a temporary project I needed also Stock photos and illustrations and in a hurry I bought with my company creditcard a monthly licence. I can see all the unused credits via my employee ID and can use them there too. Until now, I have bee able to also see all the invoices and billing history via this ID too but not anymore.

As I am trying to get help with that chatbox, (saying on website there shoud be a real persons and there used to be one) I only get a virtual assistant what claims I cant get a real person on the other end because this bot cant find a subscription with my curret ID [edited by moderator]

So please, can some one help me to locate the invoices related to my Stock and help me to end the monthly subscribtion?! Just cheked, the latest payement from the card was yesterday. I desperate need those invoices to do my book keeping for this project, our admins are pushing me on these missing documents.

are you using the same adobe id for both subscriptions?  if so, they are probably one different profiles. ie, If you have multiple Adobe plans associated with the same email address and at least one is a business plan, Adobe creates separate profiles for each plan and gives each profile dedicated storage, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/manage-adobe-profiles.html

 

sign out of your cc desktop app and then sign back in using the profile with the desired subscription.

Forgot to mention, that monthly sibscription is NOT shown on my ID account, it says no subscription and no invoices, and this is the problem. Thy used to be there and I was able to down load the pdfs as the tutorials are teaching people to do. Noe there is nothing to be seen. Yet I still pay mothly and credits are seen with my ID.
