LR for iPad vs Mobile app Subscription

Hello

I am going through my subscriptions and I have discovered that I am paying $7.99 per month for LR on iPad as well as my subscription to the photography plan which includes LR for mobile.

I am wondering if I need both or can I safely cancel the one for the iPad and use the mobile one on there?

I can't find anything on the community with regards to this - thanking you in advance.

Stephanie

The Photography Plan includes the Mobile app, so you don't need both and can safely cancel from the App Store.

The Lightroom plan, however, does not include the mobile app.Make sure you have Photography. Details here:

When you purchase from the App Store, then you did not purchase from Adobe and need to cancel from them. Adobe Customer Care cannot assist with purchases from Apple.

Very recently a user had the same situation and couldn't get anywhere with the Google Play Store or with Adobe. Staff in the LR forum was able to solve it for him. See this thread for details:

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

contact adobe support to remedy.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

    chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
    and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    twitter/x:
    tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
