Mal servicio de Adobe

Hace más de un mes solicite un reembolso, el cual me dijeron que demoraba entre 4 a 15 días laborables, y todavía no me hacen el reembolso. Intento hablar con los agentes de Adobe y me sale que no hay ningún agente disponible

As I understand you had requested for a refund and did not get it yet. We checked your account associated with Photoshop subscription which was cancelled and refund is also complete. If you have not received the refund kindly check with your back.
