Hi Mark

Hope you can help

I have purchased few applications including: Photoshop, Indesign,Adobe Creative cloud, Acrobat DC, Bridge CC separately,

but i would like to purchase  All Apps for £39.95

Can you please let me know how do i do that so I am not charged twice for the some apps?

Dio I cancel all my individual apps and then buy the package?

Regards

Mirra

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

I need assistance with my own Adobe account--however, I can't figure out how to post to a topic. Your chat bot keeps ending the conversation when I ask if Adobe needs to change something on its end.

I activated indesign for a trial and I don’t want to use it anymore how can I deactivate it so I don’t have to pay after the 7 days trial?

Contact Adobe Support and get their assistance if the following does not yield a solution that avoids paying an early termination penalty...  Manage your Creative Cloud membership

Contact support - For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat or phone option...

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.
