"Manage Payment" is not available. How to add payment method.

I bought this plan as part of a package deal with a laptop. There is no "Manage Payment" button, only a "Redeem new code" button. How can I add a payment method to be sure my subscription continues?

Turned out there was a red button in Photoshop that indicated a problem with billing. I clicked Resolve and was able to enter my credit card info there.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I purchased a 1-year plan with a Laptop, but it will run out this month. I want to add a credit card as a payment method. But my only choice appears to be adding a new redemption code. There is no "Manage Payment" option, just "Redeem new code." How can I add a payment method to make sure my subscription doesn't run out?
