Manage Plan only shows blanc page with "pulsing" placeholders for content

Hi,

I tried the Manage Plan Option for weeks, on an Apple Mac Pro M1 Computer with Chrome, Chrome in incognito mode, Safari and on Android Phone with chrome. Everytime the same thing: the manage plan content does not show up, so I cannot see my plan, my payments, nothing. 

Any Ideas?

The internet connection is fine, all other pages show up.

As far as I know, the AWS downtime is over ...

    try using a mobile phone browser with wifi disabled.

    Hi kglad, that was a very helpful hint, what an idea I would never have expected. Now the page loads … strange.
