Manage Subscription in iOS

When you create a subscription online and then you use the app to try to manage the subscription. You do not have a choice to go online or App Store. The app should offer a choice versus just take you to the App Store subscriptions where you cannot manage your subscription. Has anyone experienced this and know if there’s a fix.

Thanks for the feedback, @Robert28337997nn7e , but all of your current subscriptions are currently purchased and managed through Adobe directly.

Are you considering purchasing an add-on service or trying to subscribe to one of our offerings in the Apple App Store?

No. I was trying to manage my subscription that I purchased on adobe.com and was saying that when you want to manage your subscription, you should be able to do it from any navigation. Automatically going to the Apple Store from the Adobe App isn’t correct. I was to manage my adobe subscription not my Apple Store subscription and it should ask if I want to go online or the Apple Store.

Thanks for the update, @Robert28337997nn7e . The subscription you are accessing on your iOS devices is included as part of your Acrobat and Photoshop plans that are managed by Adobe. We do also offer plans through the Apple App Store, which you could then manage using their store.

If you subscribe via the appstore or playstore it is managed by them and not Adobe. I think this is the way other apps handle it as well
