Massive charge for cancelling

They don't make their plans clear and as conniving as they are they put the most important details in small writing.

(Real geniuses). Made me fork out 90 because of an accidental sign up to a yearly plan which I cancelled after a month yet still ended up paying this ridiculous fee. I got it for a levels and all it's helped me with is preparing for the ridiculous uni prices (this might be where they take note from).

All I’m asking is that I did make a mistake but a 90 fee seems a bit extreme especially as you advertise for students then screw them over when they change their mind.
