Me cadastrei e usei somente uma vez... foram cobrados taxas sendo que havia já cancelado... preciso do reembolso

Cancelei já uma vez e nada de cobrarem o valor ..  fiz reclamação no reclame aqui e não obtive nenhum suporte.... infelizmente não recomendo esse aplicativo, usei somente uma vez e estou sendo cobrada todo mês.  Preciso do reembolso

    Thanks for reaching out.

    I reviewed your account and found that about 4 months ago, you subscribed to both Acrobat and AI Assistant for Acrobat. While the Acrobat plan was canceled and refunded, the AI Assistant subscription remained active, which is why the charges continued.

    The AI Assistant plan is an Annual Plan, billed monthly. Since it has been active for more than 14 days, it is not eligible for a refund. Please also note that if you cancel before the end of the annual commitment, an early termination fee may apply.

    does it show any subscriptions that you did not cancel?

    Hi ​@Mayara did you get a confirmation email for the cancellation being successful? Please check if you are still not subscribed to anything using the following link https://account.adobe.com/plans

    If there is no subscription and you have a confirmation email, you can contact Adobe Support via the chat feature on their website.
