Me cobran doble y el reembolso no llega

Cambié de plan al creative cloud standard, me cobraron el plan anterior y de nuevo me cobraron el nuevo plan. No me parece justo que hagan eso pero bueno. Me llegó un correo (hace dos días) de EBANX/Adobe de que el reembolso ya se había hecho y no se ve reflejado en mi cuenta bancaria. Cómo soluciono esto?

Thanks for reaching out. We’re sorry to hear about the double charge and the delay in your refund. Based on your message, it seems you've successfully switched to the Creative Cloud Standard plan, and the system processed a charge for both the previous and new subscription.

Since you've already received a refund confirmation from EBANX/Adobe, please note that it may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing timelines.

If that time frame has passed and the refund still hasn't appeared, we recommend contacting your bank directly with the refund reference provided in the email.
