Hola,
Cancele mi plan el 4 de agosto y mi cuenta tenia que pasar a ser basica y gratuita segun el email que me enviaron, pero ahora reviso mi banco y me entero que hicieron efectivo el pago

We appreciate you reaching out. I looked into your account info and found that you cancelled AI Assistant for Acrobat on August 05, 2025 however, Adobe Acrobat Pro was cancelled today. This is the reason you have been charged.
The good news is Adobe offers full refund if the cancellation is done within 14 days. I found that a refund has already been created for your account. It takes 12-14 days for the refund to process.
